A Great New Book on 20th Century Musical Thought

It's called "Other Harmony: Beyond Tonal and Atonal," and it has chapters on all the different ways music was re-thought in the 20th century, when the "new quadrivium" was ushered in. It explains things very clearly, and I just love "overview" books like this.

"beyond tonal and atonal", oh, I'm waiting.
I'm still trying to find one of the most favorites notes I ever made,
it's not there. I was stereo panning and phasing a little, we'll see.
