Boss rc-50 adds small gap on [PHRASE 2]

Hello, community!

Couldn't find a user-friendly forum on Boss' side, so I searched for and found this forum.

Hopefully, someone that uses this piece will know what I'm talking about. If needed, I can provide a short recording of the issue.

When I record something on the [PHRASE 2], as I record it, I hear it as expected, but when it goes around the loop again, almost at the end of the recording, there is a very short gap that kills the smoothness of the sound, and continues to loop with the same bug over and over.

For example, imagine I have 4 chords:

I - IV - iv - V going at 86 bpm

1-2-3-4 / 1-2-3-4 / 1-2-3-4 / 1-2-3-4
I--------IV--------iv----------V----------

When the loop starts again, I hear instead:

I--------IV--------iv----------V------/ /--

Started happening minutes before posting before this. Phrases 1 and 2 don't produce this bug.

So, anyone came across this issue? Any suggestions?

PS: I'm on a low budget, so paying for a new unit or having it fixed would be almost impossible as of now.
I have average knowledge on this things, so I can fix it myself, whether it's a software issue or a hardware issue.

As a last update, this bug appears after the initial loop. It can happen in any PHRASE, but always happens if the loop number is higher than 1. In other words, if I first record a drumset, and then bass and piano notes, the bass a piano keys will be the onlyone's affected.
I tried resetting to factory settings, updating software, removing equipment from the whole equipment set, and changing other settings. Nothing has solved this yet.

If I take a guess, the problem is located between the saved .wav files and what the RC-50 reads and plays. I've listened to the saved files via usb and they sound complete.

I am working on 3 projects. These are complete remakes of the original songs. I've already finished with Ray Charles' Hit The Road Jack. My next two are Gorillaz' Clint Eastwood and Massive Attack's Teardrop. In the remake of Ray's song, the piano sounded perfectly. But, if I do it again, the short gap appears. In Gorillaz' and Massive's, the problem is present. Strangely, this appeared after a a few rehearsals of Gorillaz', so my guess is that I accidentally changed something, but then again, as I said in one of my replies, I've already reset everything.

What I've found out so far is that the gap appears right after the moment I press the REC pedal. In the first pass - while I play - there are no gaps, but when the machine goes back to the beginning of the loop and replays it, there is this 1/4 of a second gap right after the moment I pressed the REC pedal. I think it changes depending on how accurate my keystrokes were. Sounds like a automated sync thingy the RC-50 has.
I'm not sure if I'm explaining myself clearly. If not, let me know and I'll put up a short recording.
