After a long lay-off, Aussie proggers UNITOPIA are starting to work on their brand new album. Very first single can be out on September 25 (dedicated to the anniversary 25 years of this band).

Geoff Downes revealed that he has some unreleased recordings that he made with the John Wetton prior to his death and that he hopes to complete. Downes said: 'There's probably about half a dozen...The way it is at the moment I think I'm going to have to spend a bit more time in the studio and see what I can come up with'.

In parallel of NEMO, Jean Pierre LOUVETON have published eight solo CD's since 2002. As the band is in a long hiatus, JPL keeps the flame under his own name. The brand new album 'SAPIENS, Chapitre 2 / 3 : Deus ex Machina' will be available on March 12th.

The British proggers STRANGEFISH have folded for the second time. While their first goodbye proved to be premature, this time it looks to be final. The COVID-19 pandemic has been a huge challenge for everyone and this band is no exception. A result, it is no longer possible for guys to function as a band. The decision was taken in a mutual and amicable manner.

KANSAS announces that guitarist Zak Rizvi has resigned and that he looks forward to pursuing new projects. The band thank Zak for his many contributions throughout the years and wish him well in his future endeavors. Kansas carries on with original member Phil Ehart on drums, original member Richard Williams on guitar, Billy Greer on bass and vocals, David Ragsdale on violin, guitar and vocals, Ronnie Platt on lead vocals and keyboards, and Tom Brislin on keyboards and vocals.

Legendary Dutch progressive rockers KAYAK are pleased to announce they will return with their 18th studio album ‘Out Of This World’ on the 7th May 2021.

The current line-up of the band is as follows:


Ton Scherpenzeel - Keyboards, lead and backing vocals
Bart Schwertmann - Lead and backing vocals
Marcel Singor - Guitar, lead and backing vocals
Kristoffer Gildenlöw - Bass, lead and backing vocals
Hans Eijkenaar- Drums


The first single titled 'Mystery' will launch 19th February.
Rumours are spreading about the possibility of 3 solo-albums from Kayak camp: Kristoffer Gildenlöw - ‘Let Me Be A Ghost’ (September), Ton Scherpenzeel - ‘Velvet Armour’ (October), Bart Schwertmann - ‘Theater of Grief’ (November).

Although not officially confirmed yet, it seems that STYX will be releasing a new studio album in near future time. :cool:

British neo-proggers CASTANARC will make return in June 2021, after many years of absence. The band has opted to reveal their newest material on CD 'The Sea of Broken Vows', featuring 11 compositions with a total length of 51 min.
