    Here's a fabulous Lully Video that I learned about on Talk Classical - it has most of my favourite bits on it too. Lully - so lively, so lyrical, so lovely.

    I don't know as much about Rameau as I could wish. Most of the cognoscenti place him above Lully and I have known one eminent poster, on Talk Classical, who preferred him to Bach.
    This one, though, is a sure-fire winner - and I love the sight of all the violinists beavering away with their baroque bows.
