Songs with place names in the title

I think "Dear Old Stockholm" needs to be dignified with a writer or interpreter,
or a picture of some authentic knitting, maybe a snowflake pattern,
something that makes you feel all warm about it.

"Chicago, Chicago (You're my kind of town)"
The Lower Southern Second Tier Lawnmower Racing Association.
Sung after an unusually muddy race.

"Lebanon, Tennessee", Ron Sexsmith

Wow! I didn't think a song of that title would be covered by heavy, heavy, jazz artists.
In 1983, a lady brought some new synthetic yarn to my mother to get a sweater knitted.
She also had an authentic Swedish snowflake pattern for her to follow. Beautiful!
My mother knitted me a toque with leftovers, the colours going with my cross-country ski outfit.
I washed it almost every day with thinners, wearing it as a sign-painter and artist,
using it as a beater, sitting on frozen rocks, pushing it into sappy tree branches, you name it.
But of all the toques my mom knit for me, it kept washing out and looking new.
I'm wearing it now, and had it on when I made that reply.

And I just gotta type: did you hear that they found Atlantis? Incredible news!
This means "Atlantis" and "The Atlantis Tour" by McCoy Tyner, is viable now as a city song.

It's been nice, clicking here and looking, thinking "Walking in Memphis", a great song to hum to myself,
but I ran dry, off the top of my head. Good thing I bumped into a Hank Snow songbook.

"Chattin' with a chick in Chattanooga"
"Cross the Brazos at Waco"

Oh! I just had one come to me, learning this in grade eight music.

"Bali Hai", I will follow, any night, any day, in my heart I hear it calling,
come away, come away.
