I'm looking for a music arranger.

Hello. I like to make a melody added chords and I think my melody is good but I can't arrange well so I'm looking for a music arranger. Is a good way to find a music arranger?
I like pop music and I almost make a pop melody.
I'm a Japanese male who lives in Japan and 35 years old but I'd like to live and work in America even from now to sell my music at a record company in America. I can send midi files of my melodies with simply arranges to a music arranger.
I'd like to work in America to make a good melody added chords with a music arranger.

I can advise you to create mp3 website and to place there your music. On mine in this way of more people can hear your music.
By means of this site: musicwebtown you can make much and there all is free.

    I wish good luck
