Ah, Stephen, to experience the fall colours changing ... we don't have much of that here in the SW desert ... they are green one day, and then <whump> they are all on the ground, and quite dead . Here, it's either green or brown - nothing in between .

Currently, 87°F and partly sunny (or partly cloudy, if there is really a difference) with more thunderstorm activity in the afternoons the rest of the week.

I'll think of you, Krummhorn, once the leaves start to change. I'll bet you are more than ready for cooler weather. Even the cats are starting to crawl under the blanket in bed. The dog's nose is out of joint, but she'll just have to learn to live with it. Before long that gardenia will have to come into the house...now where will we put it?

After what happened this past winter, I'm dreading the coming
cold in a few months. The trees will turn here in october.
Right now it's nighttime at 70 degrees.

We have had a fantastic string of beautiful weather here in Montreal. No rain at all, and mostly very sunny. Temps range from highs of between 73 and 76, and lows (in the suburbs) down in the 45 to 50 range. I think the last time we had a spot of rain was about two weeks ago. Finally we get some summer (sort of) weather.

The leaves have started turning color in the burbs. I'm enjoying my tomato sandwiches..

It's a glorious day with tops of 22 c and no clouds ... the mornings still have a slight chill. August was the hotest on record (which is worrying as it's mid-winter).

Here in Somerset, a glorious day with unbroken sunshine. Hope tomorrow is the same as I am having my 80th Birthday party (Hopefully in the garden)Sylvie

It's 6 PM now. Clear blue skies, 25C (about 77F) - another nice day. We waited all summer for this fine weather in this area. ;)

Currently, partial cloudiness @ 93°F. A nice respite from the 100°+ days of last week.

Thank God, "I´m leaving on a jet plane, don´t know when I´ll be back again...." (John Denver) with this kind of danish wushi, washi weather equals windy and cloudy, almost rain and then two minutes later sunshine.

Someone realy .ucked up yesterday around here. But it´s typical September in the old Viking Country - Ya never know!! Temperatures - If you have a fridge, you´ll know.

Thank goodness it was just a bit hot today. They must have had
the air on 60 degrees. I thought I'd freeze until I put on my choir
robe so I could have something on my arms and shoulders. Burr!
It was all ready cool and pleasent this morning until I got inside the
church. My lady friend said" Excuse the hot car." It felt good to
me. I know how something felt after you take it out of the freezer
to thaw.

Finally, we get our 'normal' September weather ... light clouds and mid to lower 90's.

Lousy! I went outside and it felt like one of those steam rooms and
just as hot. A glass of water is drier. I like the humidity drier. If the
humidity was dry at 75 degrees it would be real pleasant. It rains at
the drop of a hat. One minute the sun is out and the next rain comes
down in bucket. Sweat pours off when I walked to church. That's
me sweating. Right now the air conditioner is on where I'm at to dry
out the air some. The humidity outside is 89 percent.
