Hope you have a place to park it ... I hear that parking spaces in NYC are rare and/or very expensive.

You have Rugby matches on your lawn, teddy?

Sounds like the swell place for a MIMF summer convention picnic ... :D

I wish Lars. Our garden is only 180 feet, just big enough for the family BBQs. I believe we would all fit in at Colins place though ;)

And the weather is better.

In the fifties today, with an absolute monsoon for most of the day into tonight. A good time to stay indoors and listen to some good music of any genre!

Weather in Sydney is divine - cool evenings (chilly a little) and lovely sunny days with a noticeable drop in the foul humidity that I loathe.

11:00 PM, 69°f/21°c and clear. Had the sunroof in the car open coming home from the concert hall this evening - absolutely delightful.

Normally the weather turns the end of October and by the end of Feruary is brightening up. November is dank and dark Christmas time is often bright and (albeit weak) sun. Snow,if it comes January/February. I think it has been the early snow and exceptionall cold weather which has made this winter seem so long. Plus February has been exceptionally overcast and dull. Have just booked my holiday in the south of France. Start driving 18th of June. Heaven

At last the weather has caught up to us! We have had about 20-25 Cm over the last day or so. Some areas south of Montreal have 0-60 Cm on the ground, and it's still coming down. Thats March for you. (Grin). When does it let up? Well in our area it seems unlikley we will have any major snow after (about) March 15th. But - don't count on it too much. Hey, it beats freezing rain!:grin:

Same here, Teddy. There's plenty of sunshine with still a little bite in the air which lets you know you're alive. Temps in the mid-forties.

Today it's been quite sunny but with still a little nip in the air. Temps are in the mid-forties.

I would imagine amongst all the tall buildings of NYC not much sunlight gets down to the street level to do much warming. Would venture to guess that lots of people would be going to Central Park to "see" and feel the sunlight?

Thanks for the explanation, teddy ...

I've never been to France ... want to someday. Make sure your car can float across the pond on your way .
