How's Your Weather?

Talking about earthquakes, I don't live too far from the New Madrid
Fault either. Tornados don't happen here to often thank God for
that or I would be moving to Arizona to live with you and your
family. I have felt a trimmer or two in my lifetime but I don't think
I would want to live where earthquakes shake me up that often
either. But it's hard to tell trimmers from the blasting going at the
coal mines. When there's fire in the hole of a stripper pit the
blast shakes the earth quite a bit. Right now I think the worst
of the rain is over for a while then there's next week.

Snowing again here... :(

Oh well, can't last much longer.

I've heard some people say that there are only three seasons in Maine: winter, mud, and bugs. Don't you hate such cynical people?!

It's mud season right now.....

Why don't you send some of your rain over here, Judy; it would help melt the snow...

You´re not very lucky it seems this year rojo - the snow, still falling down from the heavens. I´ll keep prying for you and your country men and women.

Here in Denmark it looks to get sunny today. Though freezin´ during the night, the sky is blue, no clouds, no wind and the temperature? Well, to early to say, but I guess it could be around 58 degrees fahrenheit, if we´re lucky.

Well Rojo

You must have had enough of the snow, and sent some my way.

Not as much as you I am sure, but this morning I looked out of the window, and thought I saw a Christmas card.

White covering, but still a little bit of sunshine. The weather people do say it will get worse though.

I expect nice Spring weather now.

Even though the sun is shining, fog has poured in and it looks like
London England outside at 39 degrees.

Now you can read why I say, Hello Mr. Blue sky. I just went around
Madisonville with my lady friend to get a bite to eat. Since it came all
of that rain, I wished you could see. There is flooding everywhere!
Businesses were flooded out, I looked over where a grocery store is
at and behind was a whole field full of flood water. Some of the roads
are even closed off with water on top. It rained all week last week
except for two days. It was horrible! Madisonville is known to flood
in low areas. Where a Mexican restaurant is looks like a big lake with
the restaurant in the middle. May I have a response?

I live in a town where some parts of it is flooded. Madisonville reminded
me of Venice, Italy where I went today.

It will be a great day.

Thanks for the sympathy, Judy, intet and Margaret. :)

Today is actually a beautiful day; the snow here is melting, and the forecast is for warmer temps. Yay!

I'm thinking of changing coats, and I drove with the car window open today.

I swear, I'm not responsible for sending snow your way, Margaret.

Hi Rojo

I believe you. I am glad that at last you are getting a slice of decent weather.

Let's hope it lasts, and you can stay in your less wintry coat.

It's a beautiful day in the seventies but I think Dogwood season is
on it's way. They are begining to bud and bloom. That means more
cold weather. Here we go again more rain.:nut:

Not good for the Olympic torch!

The same weather as yesterday, I guess. From the early AM, sunny, bright, next to no clouds, no winds and it might even get close to HOT temperatures today, now the Danish weather forecast people have got a raise in salery, however not well earned.

While demonstrators of the current Tibet/China conflict almost successfully robbed the official Olympic Torch yesterday.

It will be a great day.

Man, those Tulips are hardy things ... must be a beautiful sight to behold. Here's hoping that your good fortune of weather will continue and may all your days be great :D.

Sunny but cold today.

Hoping that Spring will fully emerge, making where I live a mass of yellow daffodils.

Krummhorn, we have tulips coming up here in Kentucky as well as
dandalines and wild violets. It's a partly cloudy 59 degrees. Last
night it was still 70 degrees when I went to bed. Nice!:)
Apple trees are blooming and the birds are singing their
little hearts out.:sunbather:
