It's been a beautiful day. Sunshine in the 70s and 80 all week.
I believe we just got a hand full of winter this last time.
It never snowed once but it flurried some.

Ultimately, this earth will be incinerated by the Sun...Just depends on how much more Helium ash is deposited on the Sun's core causing the Sun to expand and burn so much hotter...Some say 4 billion years from now - some say something else - It doesn't really matter 'cuz those left to witness the Sun's suface at the distance of the Moon will soon be nothing more than sub-atomic particles, if even that........Lets "migrate" this topic to anoher sub-fora, say, community chat with thread title "Solar Expansion/Overheating".
@CD I will cut and paste the above in a thread I started awhile ago see if it generates any interest?

Winter is here again. Cold and misreable and overcast. Of course, it is the weekend and I need to get out in the garden. Coal fire is alight and I am nursing a glass (or two) of red wine.

It's been nice all week up in the 80s until yesterday and last night.
It got down in the 30s last night. Right now it's sunshine at 45 degrees.
What a drop!
