How's Your Weather?

It's a hot and muggy 85 degrees with sunshine. The weather seems like
it's up to something again tonight. I hope I don't get woke up again at
12 midnight my time. I would like to get some sleep. I almost fell asleep
in church over it. Last year we had dry weather like Arizona or
a desert. This spring and coming summer is more like a rain forest
type weather.

Today is another day. Hotter than July from the early morning, sunny with no clouds, but some winds from the east, which is quite rare up north - luckily for us though. Temperatures at 80 degrees fahrenheit - so far.

How's my weather? Great, I must say. Sky is blue, trees are green and birds have been sing since the very early morning. Temperature is not too high - 33°C (~91°F) in the shade.

Krummhorn, I'm chasing you;)

Today is a miserable day. We have rain, oh! and did I mention rain?
In fact it is so dark here that I have had to put the light on.

Another untypical weather day here(for this time of year). Must be the wettest spring/summer on record. Good for the garden though. lol

Now Judy, remember all those "nice" rainy days you had a few weeks ago ... ... ! Funny when it gets colder we can always add more layers of clothing ... when it gets too hot, there's only so much we can take off  ....

Hej Intet,
Ahah, working on that tan again are you? Do native Danes actually ever get tanned naturally or do the general populace remain as white as Casper the friendly ghost?

Hi Mat,
Yup ... you are in a very close 2nd position right now ... as is typical for the month of June we will hover around the century mark pretty much everyday now, setting the stage for our Monsoon season which starts in July. In Arizona we have three seasons each year: Summer, Monsoon, and Summer.:smirk::grin:

It's been in the 90's today for the first time in months.:p And we are to
get up to 92. ye pee! The only problem is the humidity here. I could
take this air and ring out gallons unlike Arizona. Dry heat doesn't feel
that bad. This year is more like Cancun,Mexico with the rain forest and
it's humidity. It was very dry last year. Thank goodness I have an air
conditioner for the first time in five years. I won't have to cook in the
heat.

Hotter than July. Thinking of you Master Krummhorn. Same boring   78 degrees fahrenheit, some winds and the blue sky. Last night we spend the evening outside playing chess until 11:30 PM at 68 degrees fahrenheit.

100°F here today with wind gusts up to 70 mph ... dust everywhere, allergies running amok ... the evening though, has turned out to be a delightful 80°F @ 2100 hours.

Master Krummhorn :tiphat:

To answer your quite natural question - Do native Danes get a tanned skin?

The native Danes are split for this question. We are considered to have the most vulnerable skin in Europe, and many Danes get skin-cancer these years, while being outside in the sun not protecting yourself with special cream lotion like "Factor 16" to put on the skin, typically in the spring time when the sun is very strong. So the trend here in Denmark - It only happens to the neighbours - mean a lot of sick burned people, both from the real deal the natural sun, but also for the artificial "sun", you can pay your way to.

Both my former exe´s would get a tan in twenty minutes outside under the sun and having no problems with being outside every day, and reaching the month of June, I often wondered whether I married a black woman or not?

As for myself, well you guessed right, you have allready introduced the symbol of Casper the Ghost.

On topic:

Last night was absolutely horrendous - much to warm. I have always slept with a window open all year through, but it did not matter one bit last night.

This morning sameo as yesterday. Sunny from a clear blue sky, some winds from the west and temperatures at 74 degrees fahrenheit. But everything around where I live is blooming in all the colours of the rainbow and trees and bushes green. It´s quite beautiful - and all of this wealth giving for free by the Lord.

If you came to Madisonville Kentucky you would think you were in the
tropical rain forest of Mexico. It's sunshine at 83 degrees with a heat
index of 93.
