It's slightly chilly to mildly warm, typical spring, and windy. Plus, there's been a currawong sitting on the ledge of the building I working tap tap tapping its beak on the window to garner my attention ... beady, yellow piercing, murderous eyes it has. I'm much more partial to magpies (Australian ones that is).

At 10pm it's still 83° with daytime near 97°. Looking for a cooling trend next week when the daytime highs go down to ... 93° ... lots of sunshine - too much sunshine

I actually searched for that currawong and magpies to get a picture of what they look like. I think I like the Tasmanian Magpies. The currawongs look carnivorous though they are omnivorous.

Currently here it never cooled off during the night - stayed at 83° and this morning it's now 84° at 0900.
