Happy New Year, All.....

The weather here has been in the highly variable state over the last week. Temps well above freezing to a very frigid -22C today. High winds, but a clear sky... A lot of the snow we had melted or evaporated so we are left with about ten inches on the ground - far less than last year at this time. The worst part is walking. There seems to be ice everywhere except in the middle of the road. Ah well, it's Canada. (Grin). I certainly cannot complain of high humidity...;)

May you all have a very great new year....

Not quite so cold, no frost on the cars ............ yet. Overcast, so maybe we'll miss the frost tonight.

Debating if to watch Jools Holland big band bring in the new year on the TV or snuggle down into the bed. decisions decisions, it's a hard life. :)

Well, it's fa-fa-fa-fa-freezing up here today. Gives one pause as to if it's really worth going out for a couple of festive drinks tonight.

Brrrrr. Gotta love those thermal undies!

Between Stephen, Buchpteclare and myself, everyone here stays pretty much up to speed with Montreal's weather.

So what am I doing in this thread? I don't know.

Ok, this minute? It's still freakin' cold.

Keep up the good reporting, guys. :)

Today it is very cold (not as cold as Canada, but cold enough for me.)
It is also sunless, only 14.37pm but I will need to put the light on soon.

Yup, snow. We finally got snow. A very, very thin layer but still:grin:.

Right now it's -7°C (19°F) with 100% RH and WNW at 9 km/h.

It's 34C here (that's 93 on the old Fahrenheit scale)
"Wow" is all I can say...
