As we speak, I have this female 52 year old furie driving me away from the computer and the MIMF to take a walk to the small forest over the open sunny fields, perhaps even catching the sun set - hand in hand. ;)

Hang tight, Judy...

Awww, that's sweet.

That's fine, intet, as long as you come back here afterwards.

Here it's sunny, but a bit chilly. I'll take it.

Now we are under a tornado watch and I'm getting a little scared
with this one. It looks horrible outside and some moron is
washing his car. (goofy face)

Hi Judy

Well what an idiot to be outside washing his car.

You stay inside the warm and safety. At least you don't have to go to the library to talk to us.

Take care

We are still under a tornado watch and flash flood watch. I forgot that
I had to pay my rent today and had to go across town to pay it in the
pouring rain. I was up to my ankles in water trying to get back to my
apartment. The car didn't do me any good even though someone else
was doing the driving. Somebody had a boat parked beside the post
office and I laughed. I said "Yeah! If this rain doesn't slow down we
will be needing that boat." It was a big fishing boat.

Partly cloudy and 88 degrees w/ 10 mph tradewinds.

Lucky you, my friend Corno Dolce :tiphat:

This morning the blue sky has been hidden behind white clouds all over Denmark. Absolutely no winds and the temperature 61 degrees fahrenheit. Geez, we´re in the beginning of May 2008, and the weather in Denmark, as always, way behind what we all would like it to be.

I believe and hope for one of these days, we´ll all awake and suddenly without any warnings or logical signs, the temperature will go skyrockin´ and the summer will be here. Then we will all smile from ear to ear and the long wet winter will be forgotten.

The cherry trees in my garden have had the boost, we all have expected a month ago, so we´re getting there.

I wish for you all and in particular Ms. Judy to have a nice safe weekend.

Well, well, well - Here comes the sun, it might still be a wonderful sunny day.

We´re leaving home around a half and hour to go to the Vesterhavet (the sea called Vesterhavet) in her antique of a car, a worn out French Citroen, not comfortable with driving in this four wheeled "thing" and specificly not with her behind the stearing wheel. Like the car is French, she drives like there were no other cars on the roads, like the French.

There is no other country on the planet, where individuals drive more disrespectful than the French. I had my very first accident in my life in my car in Paris, France 1991, having been forced to drive in the most inner lane around and around and around the building of Triumph, couldn´t get out again and no one in France, show any whatsoever courtesy in a car. So I was stuck for what seemed to me an hour around and around an around.

Finally, I made the move turned right to get out to one of the sourrounding smaller roads and a Fiat from behind crashed into the side of my car. A little guy with more hair than a monkey on his brown arms and face, yelled at me using his arms like the propellos of an airplane, dancing on the spot and telling me what an idoit, I was of course while everyone else in their cars, did not stop.

I realised, I had to pay him whatever he wanted right there to be able to finally go to the meeting, I was supposed to have been at an hour earlier.

What can I say Judy, that certainly sucks...but just think about the fella who has put so much time and effort into washing his car :) and let that brighten up your day . I know that sounds cruel, but it always helps me when I laugh at other people's stupidity .

BREAKING NEWS:

The city and the beach at Blokhus, Denmark at 1:30 PM with sun from a blue sky, winds from the West, like the waves of the sea perhaps all the way from America. New temperature record of the year 2008. Incredibly unbelieable 70 degrees fahrenheit, and here it comes - In the shadow, Wow.

I also had my first bath at the sea Vesterhavet today only wearing the transparent clothes God taylored for me. No problem for a Viking of course .

Women are strange . We met some friends of this furie of mine from Gønhøj, where she has her house and workshop, while walking on the beach looking for amber. One of the men asked, if we should all have a swim?

As politely as possible, I told him: Please, if you must. Can you swim? (I had no intensions of acting life-guard). With the wind and the waves and the typical undertoa not excactly friendly for a guy using a cain.

What do you think this furie of mine did? She changed sides and supported his suggestion for me: Come on intet, she said, you can do it, you´re my man, you´re a good swimmer - bla, bla, bla - You know how middle aged women, suddenly think their man is Indiana Jones, how they can dream?

When first out some 50 feet it was quite refressing to say the least, I have always enjoyed swimming as exercise and have kept doing it also while abroad. A very good rutine to begin the day, and it is a tradition for the tough folks and other Vikings living here to have a bath in the sea, first time we´re here.

Great, and then we went to Blokhus City an had a great late lunch, of course having fish, small boiled potatoes with new parsley, a strange mustard alike souce and a glass of cold white wine sitting with our faces turned towards the sea.

At that time I had forgiven her.

Except for a couple of F16´s fighter airplanes from the near by military airport criss crossing the sky, I guess it´s that time of year, when they realise they have way to much surplus on the jetfuel, the weather here is just wonderfull.

Sunshine the past three hours, almost no winds and definitely no clouds, only happy birds singing and the temperature (the prophets say) will increase the next five days in a roll to the new record from 70 to 80 degerees fahrenheit on friday.
