How's Your Weather?

I agree with CT64 - nice and warm and fine. I can hear the sounds of a departing cruise ship tooting its way out of Sydney Harbour.

40F and calm. Humidity is quite low and you can definitely notice the 'chill' in the air.

Plenty of this going on.

Oh - please take some photos and put them up. My first trip to your wonderful country was in the Fall. The colours were breath taking, for sure, and that was only in Vancouver.

Not sure of the temperature. but it's been a summer dress type of day and pretty humid. There appears to be a storm heading my way, but it doesn't appear to have much rain in it.

I miss my old maple tree. I was waiting for it's leaves to start turning.
Oh well! No use in crying over spilled milk. Right now it's 67 degrees
and sunshine this afternoon. It's supposed to get down again tonight.

I Sure Will

Stephen will have to do the honours; I don't even own a camera. lol

Rojo,

I AM enjoying the colorful foliage immensely. I haven't seen anything like this since I was a kid (and I'll be 52 in a few months). I have snapped some pics with my phone as I walk around and have sent them to my mom in FL but the quality is not so great. So, I'd be happy to take the digital cam for a walk and snap some photos and post them. Is it normal for the weather to be this cool in October or is it a sign that this winter will be one of the "colder" ones that I keep hearing we were spared last winter. I know last year was one for record snows, which I certainly didn't mind, but it really wasn't that cold.

Well, I have always wanted a Lynx jacket... (sorry PETA peeps, but fur does keep you warm). I can already feel the "shudders of disgust" for that comment, but then, they probably aren't coming from folks living in the extreme cold. I know that fur hats are extremely popular up here and mine sure keeps my little ears toasty.

That'd be real nice Stephen. :)

It is a bit on the cold side for October; supposed to warm up a bit this weekend. I have no idea if it forebodes a colder winter or not. Hopefully not too cold though.

I don't have anything against peeps who wear fur.

I've bought my winter tires; I've got an appointment to have them installed early in November.

It's horrid here. After a quite hot Sunday, it's a top of 15 degrees C, raining hard every now and then and blowing from every possible direction. The upside is that the heater is on, the pussycats are crashed out in front of it and are blissfully happy.
