Rental apartments

In the past few years, there has been a spurt of construction activities with a whole range of builders setting base in different parts of the state. The demand for modern commercial buildings has been outpaced only by the demand for residential apartments.

Garber, where do you live? Here in Madisonville, we are still picking up
the pieces from the november tornado two years ago! Luckly no one
was hurt but the residents and businesses were demolished in the tornado's
path. It looks as if the government drags it's feet when there is any kind
of disaster. Look at the gulf coast for example. It has been two years
since Katrina. Watch out for carpet baggers down there in New Orleans
and elsewhere!:whistle:There are plenty of ripoffs! I also noticed the interest
in rental buildings here in Madisonville,Kentucky.

In my region, there is a glut in the housing market - truly a buyers paradise. The house next to ours is listed at $210,000 and has been on the market for almost a month. Yet, here too, more apartment complexes are springing up everywhere. Most will get filled, too.

We have huge swathes of the UK where nurses and teachers (never mind hospital porters, shop attendants, road cleaners, dinnerladies etc) cannot afford to live because of the cost of housing.

So much for the market.

Well done for moving. You must really pleased to have a new place, especially as it is so near to your church. The people there sound very nice, it is good to have people like that around you. May you have many happy times there.

Hello Ms. Judy,

I am overjoyed that you have been able to escape that situation in which you found ice in your toilet and temperatures below normal in your living space. When you shared about your former living situation my mind conjured up the labor camps in Siberia where toilets froze, people froze inside the ramshackle huts, poor nutrition and the like.

I prayed that your situation would change as soon as possible and now I read that such has happened. It warms my heart that you now have a decent place to come home to after being outside in the cold.

Cheers,

Corno Dolce

WoW, ice in your toilet??? - I greatly sympathize, and now - am genuinely happy for you. :):):)

My situation was never bad at all, although I did live with my parents in law. As much as they are pretty cool and mellow, it was still living with in-laws, which can be quite... not fun at times.

Anyhow, I finally moved out and i am loving every inch of my new apartment. It is expensive like crazy, but I truly love it. And Its 10 minutes away from the train that I take to work. As a matter of fact, I cant wait to get out of work and go home :)

I am so very thrilled that you have been able to get out of that other place that had all the facility problems. Now you can breathe easier knowing that you will never have to wake to frozen plumbing ... great that you are happy.

Now the only way that my toilet can have ice in it is if I put ice in it in
the first place from a tray! I also left a bad relationship behind as well
to get rid of it as well as the lifestyle. When I joined the Methodist
church I thought that I was over and rid of the former lifestyle. Boy was
I wrong!:( I had bouts of depression over it since before last Christmas.
I even went to church everyday to stay from it praying at the alter for
God's forgiveness. Now I don't have to be sorry! I have a new place,
new membership six months old, a new church family, and everything now
is a bliss!:guitar::trp::banana::clap:
