Pamadu - just learn Danish, I learned it at a basic level (total waste of time of course as all Danes, seemingly, speak English fluently).

Right you are Contratrombone64

All you have to do is learn Danish, the next coming-up language, to replace english, of the world.

So class!.......class!........class.......! Thank you. Now please open the books in front of you. Your essay for monday will be the full translation on the danish poem:

"Ærø Æblegrød" :grin::grin::grin::grin:

I, your patient humble teacher, will expect a thurrer translation and the answer to the questions. What does it mean the title and who wrote it? Why does it resemblence "Hamlet", by William Shakespeare?

Best regards,

Hey Intet,

Actually, the best language for the whole world to learn is Korean Hangul. It is a totally scientific language invented by King Sejong and his Court of scholars in Korea. It does not borrow from any other Asian language. Now, there are some classical Hangul texts where you'll find Chinese characters but you don't need them to conduct business in Korea.

Cheers,

CD :):):)

p.s. Are you serious about Ærø Æblegrød???:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
pps. It would be better with Ærø Smørrebrød :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Laddy :),

Funny I did not see your arm raised in the air, addresing your humble teacher in front of the black board, so he might notice how eager you are to let you open your litterate mouth for an answer.

I also said: A thurrer translation to the questions (in writing)... for monday.

Now for your question "Are you serious about Ærø Æblegrød?". When have I not been serious with you laddy from Åre Gammel Mølle, Æblevej 7, Årestrup?

You will notice that "smørrebrød" regarding local danish time now is a bit of the record ?

Laddy,

You may do a test on it. Try to throw Æblegrød at someone? You will not succeed. But you can throw mashed potatos (kartoffelmos) at someone, almost like snow balls, of course without the snow.

But as I always say. Don´t do this at home!!:grin::grin::grin:

I chose the wrong language. After 3 years of learning to write Chinese I can barely write my name!

maybe you're not concentrating enough? knowing to write in chinese, or at least understand what the characters mean, is one of my desires. i thought, if i know/understand what those characters mean, i just won't be fooled. besides, if you know chinese characters, somehow you can understand others as well like japanese(?) perhaps. i tried kanji after i borrowed a self-help book from a friend. it was interesting since i create codes myself as a hobby. i learned that complex characters are combinations of simpler characters that can form a word (or even a phrase if i'm not mistaken). for example, the image/character of a 'tree' (that looks like a tree, by the way) formed triangularly (one on top, two under) makes a 'forest.'

Sweet Corn ... did you know that the specification for the Korean language (by the emperor) was twofold: 1) it should be learned by an intelligent person in 1 or 2 hours and 2) should be learned by the local dullard in an afternoon

Hello CT64,

Yes sir, I did know the specification concerning Korean Hangul. BTW, I'm the local dullard :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: - it took me six hours to learn how to write Korean phrases.

My couisn tried to teach me basics fo Chinese. Here's what I got from him:
'wo hui shuo zhong wen' which translated to English sounds like this - I can speak Chinese. I've even learn how to write it:grin:. It took me a long time... And second one 'ni hao wo jiao Mat' which means Hello, my name is Mat.:)

But maybe it's time to learn Danish? Hey Intet, next time we meet maybe we'll talk in your native language:grin::p:grin:?
