Magle.dk has been moved to a new faster server. This should help speed up the forums!

Hmm... it seems to me that the speed has gone down once again... - a quote from the bottom of the site when retrieving the main forum site...

"Generated in 4.234 seconds in which 3.946 seconds were spent on a total of 11 queries. Zlib compression enabled."

Yes, it has been slow today and I have already contacted the hosting company (and they have responded). It seems someone had uploaded something to the server that had caused something to loop, slowing the server down significantly, but it should be fixed now

I think it varies... normally (after the move) I don't feel any delay of significance, but sometimes there's a little "hickup" of sorts... but it's so seldom that I believe it's not a permanent "error"...

yes, there seems to be a few "hickups" from time to time, generally though, I think the speed has improved. Of course, if the slowdowns become too frequent I will take it to the web-hotel (hosting) provider.
