You don't stop learning after you get good on the guitar which I think
is the art of guitar playing. Like I said earlier that I've been playing
since I was 12 years old. Once in a while when I have it good some
one comes out with a new style.

Hi lizzytom :)

Welcome to the forum, btw ...

Do you know who the original manufacturer of this item was? Perhaps you can write to them too and see if there is going to be another production run.

Also check Craigslist in your area, too ... like you have already done, I checked Amazon and eBay and also found that it was discontinued. Cute bag ...

Yes .. we (the admins) moved it as the post subject involves quitars and guitar equipment, it stands a much better chance for replies when grouped with similar subject matter.

Excuse me, but that wasn't what I was talking about. As for the
guitar and case, you might find a generic version of the instrument
and case. Like I know that Fender makes Strats but look at the
many copy cats of it. There might be a copy of what you are looking
for. Or you can always decorate the case the way you like. That's
the beauty of all of the arts period and crafts.

Hello Guitar Players...
I'm new here and have a lot to learn about guitars....I'm lefty.
I'm looking to learn left-handed guitar chords ,but other
guitar expert is told me any chord chart you find will ultimately work.
He say because a chord is a chord, no matter if a lefty or a righty is playing it.
Have you any suggestion..?

Hey,i have my dad's old guitar, but it is as though it has lost the sound and do not know whether when it had a more sound than it has now. ?
I changed strings: martin medium, and it has not really helped, just maybe it could be.

Its a full box guitar so it should have a good sound / bass.
Have a link to a test so you can hear.
But have not played as long so im not sure about you can use the test.

If you can see it is a small gash on the left side, because my father once lay down on it in an inebriated, but have talked to somebody and they said it does not mean anything.

Admin note: The prior three (3) postings were copied from the Danish forum to this thread. Since the ensuing conversation had migrated from the Danish speaking only section of the forum into the English language, future discussion of this should take place here, in English.

Ashton Vs. Legend guitars

hey guys,

Looking for a guitar for my son for his 18th birthday and have been told that Ashton and Legend guitars are good brands. I'm pretty new to musical instruments, never played one myself...does anyone have any advice for a good father? which brand is better?

cheers,

Jason

The three good ones here where I live is Fender, Gipson, and
Martin guitars. I left out some more like Ibenez, and Guild
guitars. I own a Fender Natural flat top guitar. It sounds
really good.
