This means a mix of different religious, phylosophic and scientific cosmogonic ideas - in fact, every pantheist tries to create something like his own religion. Einstein has understood God as a kind of Universal Reason, standing behind the order of the Universe. I can try to re-translate this quotations, or to look for them in Internet.
This letter looks for me more like a polemic on some Christian , or biblical issues, whereas both parts understand the biblical text too literal.
