    Another new South African

    Hello to all ,

I'm a friend of Victor (who's also new today) - he kindly sent me a link to a neat topic on this forum, so I've joined as well. I'm interested in guitars, pianos, keyboards, and organs. Having great fun at the moment with some Virtual Pipe Organ software and MIDI keyboards.
I'm in the middle of rewiring an old Hammond with MIDI capability and putting a computer within the console to run jOrgan. I've learnt alot, and had some fun along the way... and hopefully tonight I'll get to play it for the first time (through headphones).

Looking forward to reading and interacting with other musically minded people around the world.

    Kind regards

    Hi GrahamG

Welcome to Magle International Music Forums.

Sounds like a very ambitious project you have taken on with your Hammond.
Are you then using Midi along with the tone wheel generation system?

Please let us know how your first playing session went.

    Hi GrahamG

Welcome to this musical site the MIMF. Here you will find a lot of composers in various styles of music and musicians, who play any instrument you know from the pipe organ to electric guitars, bag pipes, the oboe, we have it all - You name it, and someone will adress you and give you some friendly advice.

So join in and feel free to enter any forum in any thread. Everyone here love to exchange musical experiences. If you are in to jazz we can provide that too in the Jazz Forum - with open arms.

But most of all, I wish for you GrahamG to have as much fun, as I have had during the past almost six months since I first entered here, where I have learned so much!!
