Oh, too sweet! The lot of them. This one's getting into the festive spirit a little early. BTW, I'm a bit challenged when it comes to the posting of photos. How do I adoid the big white frame I know will be around this photo? Thanks.

Purr-fect cat presidents show
Barack Obama and John McCain attended a New York cat show this weekend -- Obama the Bombay cat and McCain the American Shorthair, that is.
The two felines were vying for the title of "Purr-fect President" at the Cat Fanciers' Association-IAMS 2008 championship that opened on Saturday at Madison Square Garden.
More than 40 breeds are represented among the several hundred competing animals. The top title goes for "Best in Show". In addition, hundreds of other kittens and cats were available for adoption.

Hey T,
Don't add the photo as an attachment. Right click on the image you find on another site and select save image location. Then when you post on MIMF click on the icon under the paper clip and to the right. It looks like a card with a mountain at the bottom. That is the "insert image" function. A box will open that says type in the URL of the image you want to insert. Put your curser inside the box and right click and select paste. Then you won't have the white box.

Did I get this pic right? I'm forever blowing bubbles? Jesus, what paper clip? I've done it again! I'll have to invite CT64 to dinner - and to sort me out in this regard.

Hey Vicki,
Use the "go advanced" function...it might make it clearer. Once you have the image you want to post from another site, right click on that image and select "save image location." Then return to MIMF and on the line with the icons for Bold, Italic, Underline, etc., the correct icon to use is 14 over from the far left. Click on that and a window will open that says to enter the URL for the link. Put your cursor inside the window where it already has started with "http". Then, right click and select paste. That should do it.
Hope that helps. If not, then yes, get that technocrat over to help you.
