Hi!

My name is Simon Wildau, i'm 18 and i'm from Denmark. I'm a classical guitarist and this summer i was beginning my studies at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus.

I just bought a new guitar, and was wanting a new guitarcase as well. So i went online to try and find a guitarcase. I came across the page www.guitaraffecs.com, and i found this guitarcase: http://www.guitaraffecs.com/case_fiberglass.html, and that's the yellow one. And then i ordered it, and payed for it online.

But now it's been 2 month's! And when i e-mail them, they don't respond my mails.

So what i wanted to, was to hear if anyone have had any previous experience with the firm? And if anybody has any idea what i could do?

Aloha Simon,

Welcome aboard! Please do make yourself feel right at home and stay for a spell. I'm grieve with you that you have not heard anything from that firm. Might you have a receipt that shows the invoice number, item purchased, date and time of transaction and method of payment? If you did the transaction by credit card you will easily be able to get your money back if there is a contention about the sale/delivery of item. I would think that Denmark has a citizen's complaint bureau wherein the aggrieved party can report non-satisfaction of terms of sale. Sweden has a bureau called ARN(Allmänna Reklamations Nämden).

Hope this helps you.

Cheerio,

Corno Dolce :)

Simon, really sorry to hear of your demise, that's bad, really bad.

I assume you paid with your credit card? Go to your bank and demand that they cancel the transation and get the money back, they possibly can help with this. Not sure.

Hi Simon

That really is not good, you have already been given good advice. I take it you have e-mailed them to ask what is happening. I hope you get a satisfactory result.

Hi again.

It seems that i had made a mistake. I had misunderstood the politics of the firm, and i apologize!
