The Price of Indifference

Society these days seems to be divided in to two basic camps on the future - those who care about it and those who just don't. Those who see with their own eyes the bankruptcy of politics and of political elites. Those who see their agenda and those who refuse to see it.

Since 2001 most people have chosen NOT to see the threat to modern society that IS the elitist 'New World Order'. Discussion on the subject has been downplayed, ridiculed and even dismissed as 'conspiracy theory', as 'unworthy of serious attention'. Until it has become clear that the mainstream media is, itself, owned by, regulated by, and controlled by hidden elites themselves. As are the banks and financial systems of the modern world. Such things are not even a matter of dispute. Not even the collapse of capitalism has shaken some people. Nor the Patriot Act in the USA or a million scandals amongst the rulers and contractors of national governments.

I submit this recent and thought-provoking film - brought to my attention by a friend. Not that I agree 100% with everything it says. That would be unrealistic. But it is food for thought.

I want to make it clear I have no philosophy or agenda to push. To me, these things are today spoken about and known widely. Political parties and even governments really are riddled with corruption and the free world, so-called, is inflitrated by evil men and women with no accountability to their electorates whose hypocrisy is becoming ever more clear.

To those who might criticise this post, on balance, I believe people can and should freely share with each other about our times, as we see them, especially since we may soon have those liberties and freedoms removed. Men and women of goodwill can and should resist evil by good works. The Golden Rule. We owe it to our loved ones not to be indifferent to threats against society itself.

With good conscience and goodwill.

Here's the film -

I'm not so sure that a forum supposedly devoted to musical activity is the place for all this political discussion. There are other places for it.

There is never an end to those who see hidden agendas and conspiracies behind everything. I fully agree that the "bursting of the bubble" in the last couple of years or so can be laid at the feet of the so-called financiers who invented ways to invest money that had no backing to them. Neither GWB nor the pinheads in Congress caused it, and it is highly doubtful that they will solve it. I see little reason to "bail out" the very jerks who did all this, and we may be paying for it for the rest of our lives and more.

But why not leave the politics to forums meant for that, and leave this one for music.

Aloha Mr. Newman,

Sadly, I see a great manifestation of indifference in the Western culture - That of low birth rates. The Western culture seems to have lost its will to survive when compared to the birth rates of Middle and Southern America, The Middle East, Africa, India, South-East Asia, and East Asia.

Humbly,

Well, dll927;81366,

You seem to be unaware this section of the forum (just for your information) is NOT on musical subjects. It's specifically on subjects ''other than music''. Perhaps you've not even noticed this ? If yes, well, here's a reminder !

There was a Roman Emperor named Nero. He goes down in history as being the ruler who fiddled while Rome burned. And, for myself, I'm darned sure my love of music (which is at least as great as yours) is not affected by my concern for mankind. In fact I know from long experience musicians are amongst the most conscientious of all people.

May I correct you ? What is said here is NOT politics. It is an exposure of forces that don't care about anything but themselves and their evil agendas for all mankind. But politics, real politics is done in the light of day. It's called democracy. And it IS accountable. But this post is on something that is the very opposite - UNDEMOCRATIC and UNACCOUNTABLE things hidden from the light of day - agendas that affect you, me and everyone else. And no, I won't stay quiet on it.

You write -

There is never an end to those who see hidden agendas and conspiracies behind everything.

No, not correct. I know people DON'T see hidden agendas and conspiracies behind 'everything'. Why must you exaggerate ? Here is a film (one of many) showing the hidden agendas and conspiracies of globalist elites. They have in common the fact they all say the very same. Conspiracists hiding from daylight. A big difference, yes ? Surely you can see this. And, if not, why not watch it for yourself and tell us ?

And finally, there are (as said) those who DON'T see or won't see hidden agendas and conspiracies behind ANYTHING, though they stare them in the face and though they steal from people without end. Fortunately, most people know such people are willingly ignorant. Candidates for recruitment by these same people.

See you on the music forum ?

Thank You

Robert
