Polish "Oberek" music... someone help

So, i find this clip with no information on what the music is, and hope someone here can help. I figure it's of a genre called "Oberek", but i can find very little information about that online, and of course the video itself has no information. So maybe someone here knows exactly what this composition is, or at least can give me more information about its genre:
