Anyone know where John is? He is missed, I thought the leat I could do is keep this thread going.

    Two things I heard today.

A friend got some vinegar in his ear, now he suffers from pickled hearing.

The snack bar next door to an atom smasher was called “The Fission Chips.”

As was heard down on the farm one day:

"Washington D.C. is a stud farm for jackasses".
*If a man wants God to hear his prayer quickly, then before he prays for anything else, even his own soul, when he stands and stretches out his hands towards God, he must pray with all his heart for his enemies. Through this action God will hear everything that he asks* -Abba Zeno-

*Protagoras: "Truth is subjective. What is true for you, and what is true for me, is true for me. Your opinion is true by virtue of its being your opinion."

*Socrates: "My opinion is: Truth is absolute, not opinion, and that you are in absolute error. Since this is my opinion, then according to your philosophy you must grant that it is true."

No probs blessed teddy - A new *motherboard*

Ya know, I'm waiting for the chip manufacturers to design and produce 1.5 TByte RAM's. Of course, it will necessitate 128bit computing, as opposed to 64bit which is quickly becoming established - Yes, T1 cables will have to be *de riguer* or lots of new frequency bandwidth for WI-FI.............

I'll say - wireless technology has certainly passed me by despite my efforts in previous years to try and keep up to date with developments. I'm still trying to get used to the fact that with my new modem and router, I can leave them on without having to have the computer on as well!
