Do you get them in AZ?

The ones on screens, no ... real ones on the ground, yes ... here, they are called Tarantulas, and very hairy but mostly harmless.

We have a spider more deadly than the Black Widow - it's called the Brown Recluse - get bitten by that one and left untreated, it's "good night, nurse" within about a week.
