A Time-Lapse Clip of a Great City...

In the opening sequence, the couple arguing, and the person in white who looked to be making a speech but nobody stopped to listen; then the crane jib swinging back and forth; what I assume was a football match looked like a load of moths fluttering round a lamp; I liked the way a lift could be seen zipping up and down one for the high rise buildings in one of the night shots (@about 2.15) , also the way the boats seemed to fly down the river without making hefty bow waves and one boat doing a U turn.

Fasacinating stuff.

I found this one of Kiev I love the bright coloured houses, it is nice to see life in other countries and not at all how you imagine.

Br. Colin,

Do you live on the North Island or the South Island? I vastly prefer the South Island - Christchurch is such a nice city...

Seeing the Central Plateau I reminisced about the Big Island of Hawaii. Between Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa there is also a plateau, through which there is the Saddle Road which takes one from Kailua-Kona to Hilo, about 90 miles between both towns. Below a visual:
