Popular German keyboardist UWE GRONAU (pronounced ooo-vuh grow-now) returns with another stellar instrumental album, THOUGHTS OF TOMORROW, which should call even more attention to this stellar European musician. His sound might be called progressive-new-age music. He plays synthesizer, B-3 organ and piano, and he mixes in the sounds of occasional acoustic and electric guitars, plus drums and percussion. Most of the material is highly melodic, but you will find a strange-and-spacey tune in the 16-tune mix, plus a jazzy solo piano piece at the end. Please do yourself a favor and seek out this music on the Internet and give it a listen. You will find it somewhat different than your standard new age fare, definitely pushing out to new limits of what might fall within that genre. Well worth the ride.
