Happy [belated] Birthday, although in USA it is still your yesterday - but now our today is your tomorrow ... :crazy: If I had known earlier I would have brought dietary cake :smirk:

Happy Birthday:tiphat: Corno sorry it's late but it is still heart felt have a great year. I've got a great diet sheet if you want one, really easy to follow got me down from 15st 8lbs (218lbs) to 13st 4lbs:) (186lbs) in just over 1 month and I still managed to enjoy to odd glass of red wine:cheers:Cheers Sparky

Maybe a carrot cake could be diet? but still... cakes are not supposed to be dietary... that's just plain wrong! :grin:
Sounds like a hefty diet Sparky - 32 lbs in one month seems like quite a lot...

Hi Corno:tiphat: Yes I must admit I was amazed also but it is normaly used for people who are over weight and need to loose weight before heart surgery it is recommended by the British Heart Foundation so not being feint hearted I thought I'd give it a try it really does work but then everyone says that about their pet diet plan but I have not put it back on again although I must admit I do just give it a little go every now and again try it and let us all know how you get on you can be the MIMF guinea pig.

This Diet must be followed exactly to lose 10 lb.. in 7 days

This diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven

WHERE NO QUANTITY IS GIVEN THERE ARE NO RESTRICTIONS OTHER THAN COMMONSENSE
THIS DIET SHOULD BE USED FOR THREE DAYS AT A TIME
IN THREE DAYS YOU SHOULD LOSE 10 lb.
After three days of dieting you can eat normally, but remember not to over do it. You should lose 40 lb. in 1 month if you stick to it.
