Hej Corno!
Here is a link to that piece I told you about. It's not an mp3, rather a Sibelius or Schorch file. http://www.sibeliusmusic.com/cgi-bin/show_score.pl?scoreid=53713.

Regards! Hans

Hej Arvid
I'm in the midst of moving at the moment, so I haven't got my computer equipmet fully installed yet - and my laptop isn't that keen on loading this link - I did install the scorch plugin - but oh well... - I'll have a look at it when I get my work-computer up and running.
But maybe you could export the Sibelius file as a graphic file and/or midi file and attach it to a post on this forum.

And congrats on finding the "right" forum in which to post your music https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif - you can also use the "private areas" if you don't want to distribute your music to the net but only to a select "audience".

Hi Corno!

You're right about the format. I should have https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shake.gif , but you wrote somewhere that you work in Sibelius, so I took the easiest way out.
Well, I'll post a midi or graphics, or mp3, or whatever. Right enough in time for you to get your diesel engines working again.

"...congrats for finding the right forum". Thank you. I shall als go look for the "private areas."
I guess the Crossover is the one for me, though. I like writing harmonical stuff for combinations of classical and modern instruments.
I'll be back with files!
Arvid

Finally...here it is! It's such a drag, trying to mix audio, 'cos
I don't know how to. This one is played with Garritan Personal Orchestra and "filtered" thru Logic's plug-ins...massacred is a better name for it, I guess. Hence, I don't recognize the outcome. Nevertheless, I got something out of the process, well so! (it's terrible to sit there with all those powerful Logic tools, not having a clue what I'm doing.) Hope at least you can distinguish the different instruments. I'm also attaching the score as graphics(4 x .tiff)....hmm,the server doesn't accept more than one file at the time.

Unfortunately there is a 2MB limit to the size of attachments. I'm trying to raise the limit to 5 MB (or more), but it's not an easy matter, because the php needs to be reconfigured (the standard default is 2 MB).

[EDIT: BIG NEWS! The server settings has been changed by my webhost (on my request), so the maxium upload limit is now 8 MB!]

But here it comes. Frederik has succeeded to raise the upload limit to 8 MB, so this file would fit in now!
