Oh, just checked it right now... I'm really sad..

Yikes ... That is very sad news about IMSLP ... well it was a great site, and I did manage to download tons of organ music (only the ones that met the US copyright laws) over the past year or so.

For those interested, a pdf format of the letter UE sent to IMSLP is attached here.

Hi Krummhorn,

I was also extremely bummed out when IMSLP disappeared. But there seems to be a movement afoot to resurrect it. In re to UE who screamed about IMSLP's existence, I have placed them on my *not to do business with* list. I have gotten consistently shoddy scores from them and have had to deal with their nasty office staff too many times. Doremus of the Netherlands and Cebedem of Belgium are great to do business with.

Is anyone have a partiture or sheets for accordion of Astor Piazzolla's "Suite punta del este"?

Thanks a lot :D

If you are looking for a pipe organ score, I have opened a few weeks ago a thread like this one (http://www.magle.dk/music-forums/4633-pdf-scores-help-service.html) in the pipe organ forum (PDF scores Help Service).

This thread is promoting copyright breaches as far as I can see ... maybe Frederik should see about having it closed.

Regulator note:

If people wish to share partitures that are public domain, then no harm is being done here.
On the other hand, if someone actually posts a complete copyrighted work here, that is altogether a different matter.

This thread will remain open.
