https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gifOoooh! I wish that I could only speak Danish...
For Danish is what I want to speak.
and if I could only speak Danish...
then I'd know what half the forums say!! https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I'm seriously going to take Danish 101 next year https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Nov-10-2004, 22:47
Danish is not that difficult. At least not if you are from Denmark https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
God fornøjelse https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers444.gif

Nov-10-2004, 23:06
Maybe I should take vacation and go there. I'll learn it then!! Yeah! Well...thats definately far in my future...tsk tsk

Nov-11-2004, 01:42
hehe... good luck then... https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers444.gif
is it at all possible to learn Danish anywhere in the USA? or is it the audio-cd/cassette way? https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Nov-11-2004, 03:32
Hehe...I don't think that you can learn it at all...not even the cd/cassestte way. If only...*tear*

Nov-11-2004, 14:39
well... unless you're going here there wouldn't be much reason to learn it anyway.. https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif well, aside form wanting to read all the contents on this site of course. https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Nov-11-2004, 22:57
Or I could just learn it because it's all I have to do in my spare time. Unless you want to help me with my Euclidean Geometry homework https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Nov-12-2004, 12:28
Hmm... don't you play horn in your spare time too? https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Well... I had my share of Euclidean Geometry last year when I had some mathematics courses at the university. https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Nov-12-2004, 23:02
Well yeah...that too. But mostly everthing else is dedicated to absolutely nothing.

Really? What are/did you major(ing) in? https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Nov-13-2004, 01:05
Ah... I'm an expert in dedicating my time to absolutely nothing... https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif hehe... https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I'm currently studying music and computer science at the University, my major is music and minor computer science - last year I had a "trip" around Mathematics as a minor subject, but it became too abstract for my taste... https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif nowhere close to the matematics in the gymnasium (our "high school" here in Denmark).

Nov-13-2004, 05:45
lol. Yeah me too. My mom gets real mad at me. I wonder why? https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Ooooh! Sounds fun. Are you going to teach? Or compose? Or etc....? I personally favor science. Math really makes me mad....

Nov-13-2004, 12:57
Well... I do compose and arrange a little at the moment and will probably continue to do that regardless of what I'll wind up doing after I've gotten my degree. - But it'll probaby be a little of everything.

Math makes you mad? https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif how so?

Nov-13-2004, 18:10
Sounds fun...and interesting! I'm not real sure what I want to major in at all...

It gets too complicated some times....it's just so frustrating. grrrr...

Nov-13-2004, 19:41
Well... isn't that fairly common among your classmates, not knowing exactly what you want to do? - do you have any favorites?

Nov-14-2004, 02:03
You are very right...I don't know any of my friends who really know what they want to do. Well, I was thinking about Orthadontistry...but then again.... I want to do some sort of law...I don't really know. I like Science and Music. I know thats not much to work with.

Nov-14-2004, 02:11
Hmm... some musical moving teeth... hehe... interesting blend... https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Nov-14-2004, 03:51
lol! Very interesting! Think of the outcome of it all. It doesn't sound very nice. Think of people going home with new braces while listening to the symphony of the week!

Nov-14-2004, 13:11
There's an invention for you... https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif - looking forward to seeing it in the stores https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Nov-17-2004, 02:19
I better start making it now! Though I have a feeling that not everyone would like to hear music all of the time...then again...

Nov-20-2004, 05:19
I could start selling it on the TV guide channel! People always go there to see what programs are on which channel!

Nov-20-2004, 11:53
well we don't get that channel here, so you just go right ahead... https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Nov-25-2004, 16:04
You don't get that channel? I thought everyone got that channel. Maybe I'm wrong! ^_^

Nov-25-2004, 17:04
nope... is that a bad thing? https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Nov-26-2004, 20:05
No, not a bad thing. You just miss out on alot of good deals https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif You probably have alot of channels that we don't get either though. https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Nov-26-2004, 21:27
that would be likely https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Nov-27-2004, 15:43
^_^ Well how is college? Is it anything like you expected it to be?

Dec-22-2004, 18:47
I've been a little busy lately so it's taken some time to get back to you on this... sorry about that.

Well how's college? - I can't really remember how I imagened it - it's 7½ years ago since I started, so... https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I've not studied 100% all the time as you might tell (then I'd be done by now)... - I've had different kinds of jobs during the past 7½ years so the University hasn't been my main concern all the time. But the time I spend there is mostly good - some of the courses are a drag but mostly they are inspirational.

What are your plans for further study?

Jun-26-2005, 00:14
Good luck ...some challenge. I have been living here for 15 years, I still feel like am on the wrong side of the learning curve.

So, what's your native language if I may ask? https://www.magle.dk/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
