Videos Choppy on the Web?

If your computer keeps chopping your video when watching on the web, such as from YouTube, here is a handy utility you can download for free that will stop that happening and driving you crazy.

http://www.videoaccelerator.com/

Find a vid on YouTube that you just can't live without? Or maybe you'd like to download that vid?

Try this: http://youtubedownload.altervista.org/

OK, so now you have a vid and you'd like to convert it to MP3 for your iPod?
Try this: http://www.smallvideosoft.com/flv-to-mp3/

What about converting it to midi so you can have the music? Check this one out: http://www.mymusictools.com/articles/how-do-i-convert-mp3-to-midi.htm

The above link will show the process, but for a free version of software, go here: http://www.brothersoft.com/amv-convert-tool-50890.html

Want to remove those vocals from the music? Use Audacity, another freeware program and follow these directions: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=editing&i=remove-vocals

Hope this will help out some of our fellow MIFFers.

Cheers!

Really great information to have this kind of information available.

Oh, and I'm the turkey who moved the thread into this forum area ...

That's not a problem, Krummhorn. Glad you think this is helpful info. I'm always looking for ways to get "more for less."

RN, have no idea what your comment is as I have blocked you.

Always willing to help out nice folks, Margaret. Of course, now I have downloaded all those Eartha Kitt vids as well as those Julie and Carol ones and converted them. I'm happy.
