Hell!! I am ugly enough....LOL... I usually go as a pirate or have for last 10 years... so little paint there...lead and all...

We don't do it here, however it is becoming more popular. Nevertheless I do have a supply of toothbrushes and toothpaste ready to hand out as treats.
