It's been about 10 years between the post I made a few hours ago and the post before that, so maybe I should re-introduce myself, even though I've been a member here since 2006. I'm Dutch, retired from an industrial R&D management position in 2012, and now running an art gallery in the main street of the medieval city of Kampen (Netherlands). My wife is from Shanghai, and is a professional artist (mainly oil paintings). Music has played an important role in my life since the early seventies, first pop/rock (with emphasis on progressive rock, art pop, and singer/songwriters) and since the mid eighties also classical music. The past ten years I've not posted here but focused on the sister site Talk Classical. Still staying there, but I'm back here now as well, planning to post mainly on prog subjects.

Hope you like your new title here ... explore at your leisure ... I'm on a steep uphill learning curve myself.

Art Rock! You might have published the best new member re-intro I've seen, very interesting.
I'm a pro player and pro artist also, so I'll be replying to you whenever I can.
There are Sons and Daughters of the Gael who speak Gaelic.
Bay-an-uck-let, blessings on you, and now it's your turn in Dutch, or Dutchintalkin.

Okay... okay... I just got a "like" from Art Rock.
Was it typing "Dutchintalkin"?
I know that's more of a German thing... but that's also okay,
some Dutch and Germans became Scots after fleeing European political oppression and Dark Ages diseases.
Yes, I got involved in a history lesson when I was on a Six Nations reservation today.
