Forum Rules

New members will not have access to their profiles until after having completed at least Ten (10) postings on any of the open boards with the exception of those in the General Discussion Forums area.

Members may not post any messages or images, nor insert URL links to any images or text that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise be violation of any laws.

Members may not advertise any commercial or non-commercial products or websites unless given express permission by the staff of Magle International Music Forums. An exception to this rule is that members are allowed to promote their own music in accordance with the terms stated in this post.

It is forbidden to advertise or in other ways solicit traffic to any sites competing with Magle International Music Forums in any way, including but not limited to, links in posts, signatures, profile information, PM's, emails, or IM's.

Any kind of material copyrighted or owned by any individual or entity other than the member may not be posted on Magle International Music Forums without the consent of the owner. If such an event occurs, the individual posting the information shall be held solely responsible. Magle International Music Forums shall not be held responsible for member-posted information that may violate copyright law.

Guidelines for General Behavior

Be polite to your fellow members. If you disagree with them, please state your opinion in a »civil« and respectful manner.

Do not post comments about other members person or »posting style« on the forum (unless said comments are unmistakably positive). Argue opinions all you like but do not get personal and never resort to »ad homs«.

If you have any complaints about other users or their posts, contact the staff directly (by private message) or use the »report post« function.

If in doubt about any of these guidelines - or generally if you need help with anything on this board - you can always send a PM (private message) to a member of the staff, or use the contact form.

Terms of Service

The owners of Magle International Music Forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

The owners of Magle International Music Forums retains the right to store and publish on the forums the content of any posts, for an indefinite period of time, and have no obligations to delete, edit or move posts per the request of current or former users. The owners also have no obligations to remove or edit user accounts and member profiles.

Although the administrators and regulators of Magle International Music Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Magle International Music Forums, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
