    A friend lent me a CD, The Best of Kodo, which features japanese drum music. I hadn't heard it before and it had quite an impact. Is anyone here familiar with this music? If you I'd like to hear recommendations as to what to listen to next.

    I can't play a note but am a fan of many genres of music. My extensive collection, on mp3, cd, and vinyl, attracts praise and derision in equal measure depending on who I subject it to.
