That is some impressive guitar music, though I have never been a big fan of jazz. Here is some funky music I like. It is queued to start about 2:38 where the guitar solo (two guitars) starts and goes on for a couple minutes.
I think there are swome instrumental pieces associated with Wagner's 15 hour long musical drama called Der Ring des Nibelungen. This work is so awesome i have half a dozen sets on video and probably a dozen or more on CD. I have been listing to it over and over since mid August and still loving it!
Still totally onto Stryper. They are awesome, and some of Michael Sweet's solo work and the Sweet & Lynch albums really are great. Also in 1998 Oz Fox cut an album with Timothy Gaines and a couple other guys. Check it out:
