Are you looking for a recital-type setting of that hymn? Gosh, I don't know of one. Our highly esteemed forum member "Giwro" might be able to help. Our forum moderator "Krummhorn" is a wellspring of info - He might know of a publishing house that may carry what you seek.

The first variation is ready.
You can finf it : PDF and MP3 (with virtual Cavaillé-Coll and Sir reverb) at :
Now I will have a look to your PDF and if I have some time write a second variation.
This first variation is for a single manual organ and is very easy to play as I do not know if you can play piece more difficult. First passage is only montre 8' and flute 8'. Second passage, flute 4' is added.
If one day you can play and record one of my musics, I'll be happy to receive a MP3 performed on a true organ.

I downloaded the pdf attachment and could not get the mp3... I am looking to play it at home tonight. I really appreciate you writing a variation for me... Unfortunately we only have a electronic organ at church.... i will have to visit one of our other congregations to make a recording for you...

I'm totally impressed with the speed that you are able to churn these out with. And in what appears to be a "single take" from your thoughts to the engraved score. Couple this with never having seen, nor perhaps even heard, this hymntune before. Very impressive J-Paul ... very impressive, indeed.
I'm going to have a busier than usual practice session on Thursday.
For my taste of preference for keys, I like the A flat version for organ solo ... for congregational singing we try to keep the top line out of the stratsophere.

Hi JP, my heart is filled with thankfulness towards your heart and music... I have no words when I listen to the MP3's... I LOVE all 3 variations... I am looking forward to start practicing... Our 11 months old son loves classical music... when I played the variations for him... I could see that he was also enjoying it... thank you for also sharing some music with him... PLEASE arrange another variation for me in A flat major with the melody in the RH...
