Would it be Bob Cooper? Whoever, what else does he feature on?

It is Bob Cooper, Mike. He is featured on that CD on tenor and oboe. He doubled on tenor and oboe quite often. One that comes to mind is with Bud Shank, Live At The Cal Tech, plus a another on a European tour he did with Bud Shank.
