What did you have for breakfast??

I started off with a can of regular Coke and four big, home-made chocolate chip cookies.
There was an executive planning meeting where I am today, and lunch was take-out from a pizzeria.
I had five slices of vegetarian and four more cookies, with two more pops.
When the two students were being celebrated, ending their placements today, I had a nice piece of cake.
That was my breakfast.

Be careful man its not good to cut down your calorific intake at breakfast make sure you get a substantial evening meal.

today: coffee with a bowl of strawberry and cream oatmeal ( instant stuff) not bad at all. Unusal for me as I usually have a cup of coffee and maybe cookie/biscuit then walk the dogs for 1-2 hours and then eat a meal.

today spluraged: cornbeef hash with 2 poached eggs, coffee..later tried out new thing..pureed fruit cake mixed with applesauce..was reall quite good.( new use for that old fruitcake at Christmas..LOL )
