I believe bisquits are a different thing in America than they are in England ( to be taken with a cup of tea). Can anyone please tell me what they consist of and how they are made. The idea of pouring gravy on an English bisquit is quite foreign ( if you will excuse the pun)

To make homemade bisquits, use two cups of bisquit mix, and
two thirds cup of milk. Mix until you have dough and cut them.
Then, keep them in the oven until golden brown with the oven
at 450f degrees. That's American made bisquits.
