Hi, Gord; I still can't "get into"
A Love Supreme. It just strikes me as too monotonous. Now Blue Train, on the other hand, is another story completely: it really "rocks".

Some Teagarden and Armstrong from my collection. It always does me good to listen to those two greats together.

Well, at least they can't say that about me. Did not see hide nor hair of the children or grandchildren over the holiday.

One thing I like to think about Louis Armstrong being famous is what his neighbours said.
Everyone liked him so much he could sit outside his New York house and have a good time,
no-one bothering him or hitting him up for donations, having that much respect.

I was listening to a CD I just bought for $1, Mark Jordan, a Canadian singer-songwriter,
who put out a mellow compilation of jazz standards including Crazy by Willie Nelson.
It's too mellow. I'm pretty sure he could sit outside and no-one would bother him.

teddy! You're going to have to do what friends my age are doing,
starting bands and playing out just so their children come to see them.
It's gotten to the point where if I show up and someone has Smurf stickers all over,
I don't even take my guitar out of the case. Little Princess too.
And I don't need any more circles of life, no, I don't.
As an adopted child that you let play with your stuff, I'd be very attentive.
