Hi, my question is about 24 holes tremolo harmonica I had. In the picture in here notes , note ordering with holes are like that :
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 | 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 | 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24

I am really confused about how many octaves are there. I learned that, hole 3,9,15 and 21 have the key note of the instrument.
So, in the above configuration :
i) in the lower octave, there are two G, at holes #1 & #7,
ii) in the middle octave there are two C, at holes #9 & #15
iii)in the high octave there are two E, at holes #17 & #23
How can be the two same notes in the same octave in different holes?
