Yeah, okay, I know... I know... these 27 CDs weren't purchases, for me.
They have the sad, and also very bluesy distinction, of being not found,
but left behind items, part of a household that went astray,
someone living in a building being converted into apartments,
and being moved out into the parking lot after the units were finished.

My sign customer, owner of the pizzeria and apartments next door,
said everything's been there for a couple of days,
going through the on and off rain, so I went to look.
And that's all I took, the CDs.
I left the games, books, cooking utensils, and didn't go through big bags.
Life in Welland. It's not about getting what you need,
it's about taking what you can use.

A visit to Newcastle for some mundane shopping gave me the chance to visit an excellent
music stall in the old indoor market. (A regular source of jazz CDs for me).
I purchased 2 new CDs:

a. Undercurrent - a duo with Bill (p) and Jim Hall (Gu)
b. Empathy - a trio with Bill (p), Monty Budwig (b) and Shelley Manne (drums)

b. Into the Hot

A visit to the weekly market at Tynemouth RailwayStation and I obtained a Diana Krall CD
(A Night in Paris) in great condition for £2-50.
