Hello, friends...
I've been gone from these parts for quite some time, as I was in the process of interviewing for a new position. I'm happy to report that I've finished that process, and that we're safely moved across the country to Madison, WI, where I'm now working at Asbury United Methodist Church.
With this position, I've gained a lot more time to practice, and so have been trying to learn more music and play things I've never tried before. My 2 latest to learn have been René Blin's Rosace and Randy Runyon's Aria - both lovely, lush pieces (albeit the Rosace is quite a bit more of a finger-twister!)
I hope to post more frequently now that I'm getting settled in my new post.
Best to all,
- G
