Last year I thought it would be the last time I would be able
to continue when my other computer got fried. I had to start
going to the library again until I got this new one last january.
It was a hit and miss situation for a while.

Can't be a typo Colin, he's not old enough to qualify for using the typo excuse, have to be over 70 or declared officially to suffer from senile dementia, (oops, maybe he has)

The other alternative would be if he were young enough to have gone through the sort of education now prevalent where correct spelling and grammar is presumably a crime.
    Cheers MIKE.

Just been told that the eye operation I am waiting for is to dangerous as I could lose the sight in my left eye completely so you will have to put up with my typos a bit longer. Enquired about a braille computer, but how would you read it? A bit like a telephone for deaf people.

    Honorable Tedmeister,

Just read about the risks of your eye operation - Please know that you are in my thoughts. Don't worry too much about your typos, ok?

    Best,

I hope your eye operation goes well Teddy, I have had both eyes operated on, but nothing serious. Never worry about the typos, we all do it.

In my part of the country, many of the Drive-Up ATM's have Braille dots on all the keys ... ... that's scary .

Seriously though, I do hope the operation will be successful ... and, typos here are always welcome .

    Here are some typos.

    1. A daughter sent a telegram to her father about passing her B.Ed exams, which the father received as ” Father, your daughter has been successful in BED.”

    2. A husband, while on a business trip to a hill station sent a telegram to his wife “I wish you were here.” The message received by the wife was “I wish you were her.”

    3. A man wanted to celebrate his wife’s Birthday by throwing a party,so he ordered a birthday cake. The salesman asked him wat message he wanted put on the cake. He thought for a moment & said”U r getting older but U r getting better”. The salesman asked “how do u want me to put it?” The man said “..put “U r getting older” at the top & put “but U r getting better” at the bottom.” When the cake was unveiled at the party, all the guests were agast at the message on the cake. It read:
“You are getting older at the top, but you are getting better at the bottom”
