Just got a CD in the post this morning (thank you Amazon) Oscar Peterson and Joe Pass doing Porgy and Bess, don't know how I missed this one originally done in 1976; for those who have not found it, it's a bit different, Oscar is on CLAVICHORD, and Joe is on acoustic guitar.

I saw his concert from Warsaw's Kongresowa Hall today. It was aired on Polish Television earlier this morning. I was absolutely delighted. He's almost 80 years old and yet his music is so... fresh and bright and colorful. And the list of movies he wrote music to is quite impressive.
