We finally got some much needed rain yesterday. It's been
dry all summer. It's either been in the 90s or 100s with no
rain. I felt like I was in Arizona for the last few weeks because
of it being so dry. Today it's sunny with the 80s for a high.

It is a warm, sunny day in Poland - 20C. Nice change after almost a week of rain and dark clouds.

Teddy, is the weather in Kent always so continuously overcast this time of year?

Not normally Mat, but we have certainly had the worst August that I can remember. I don't mind the normal August thunderstorms as long as we have had the sunshine and heat. This is like the punishment without the pleasure of the crime.

I hear ya, in Poland it was just the opposite. It was very hot in July and August. It's the last two or three weeks when the weather changed and all we had was rain and some more rain.

Maybe next year will be better, for both of us.

Today cloudy with off and on drizzle ( we need the rains/moisture) temp is 72 F /22.2C.. finally not so hot.
